Monitoring Tab Not Updating with new Quarterly Report

I've emailed customer service regarding this issue (this past Monday), but as I've not heard a reply from them yet I thought I would ask the forum about this issue.  I recently received my new Quarterly Report (was supposed to be on 10/25/10, but in actuality, you receive it the day AFTER the report due date...ahem!) -- and the "monitoring" tab has not updated to reflect the new score, increased/decreased $$$ amounts, nor the reduced number of baddies, etc.

 

Is this a known bug or something new?  Either way -- I would love the monitoring tab to reflect the numbers from every report!  Anyone else ever experienced this?

Looks like customer service has escalated it to a supervisor to investigate why your new score isn't showing on the monitoring page.  I'm not aware of this being a known issue but I'll look into it.  You should hear back within the next few days, but let us know if you don't hear anything.

I can't speak for the quarterly report as I haven't received mine as of yet. But I can say that when I purchased a new report it did update the monitoring about a week later I believe. 

 

Not sure if that helps you any and also not sure if that is how it is suppose to work, but I don't mind a little delay as long as it catches up at some point. Smiley Wink

No -- I wouldn't mind a one week delay either -- but it has now been two weeks and still not updated.  So I think in this instance, something is certainly wrong...lol.  No worries....just twittling my thumbs and waiting to hear something (or see it update!).  Smiley Wink
