MyFICO - Error-210

I just bit-the-bullet and ordered my 3 FICO and 3 CRs -- I got to the final page (after paying) - entered my SSN and got this message:
 
Our apologies, an error has occurred... Thank you for visiting myFICO®,

We are unable to process your request at this time. Normally, this is due to the system being busy. Please try again later today or tomorrow. We apologize for any inconvenience.

So, I go to "My Purchases" and it shows ??? for all three reports.  However, my credit card WAS charged as I see the charge from myFICO immediately from my bank.

Any idea how to correct this?

Give Customer Service a call this morning, and they should be able to untangle it from their end.

The charge fell off my account yesterday, so I just ran MyFICO Complete and everything worked like a charm.  THanks!
