FWIW, it's been about two weeks now since I signed up. I'm getting normal alerts from EQ, and finally did receive one from TU. Still nothing in EX. Since there probably won't be much activity on my accounts until about mid-Jan, there's still nothing for me to do but wait and see.
I'm really sorry about the troubles other people are having, not only because of the problems with SW, but because customer service always seems so difficult, too.
Both refund amounts did come through on the same day as promised.
Frequency and consistency of updates has seemed to improve over the first few months.
May keep the product after all.
