So I have followed all of the instructions that the MyFico rep gave me and this still is not working, and they cannot fix it! I do not understand why they cannot fix it. I have the "3-Bureau Credit Monitoring" program. I can access everything but the report. When I click on the 3B report icon I get an error message. I have tried on multiple computers with the same issue. I have called MyfFico help line and they cant fix it! How can they not fix there own program? I dont want to cancel I just want the report to populate correctly.
Has anyone else had this issue and have they found a fix?
