Im clearing or paying down debt like crazy and have many alerts along the way. But they all stopped July 20th. What to do???
Have you had anything happen on EQ that warranted an alert like balance increases, added inquiries, added accounts, changed accounts etc.? SW doesn't alert for dropped balances.
The only other way to get alerted to dropped balances, assuming your score changes in the process, is to set your target score to EXACTLY match your current score and to update it every single time your score increases or decreases (tedious I know). That way if your score goes up or down you'll get alerted. And that's assuming your score would increase. Depends on what balances decreased.
My last alert was July 20th as well. i have had +25% balance increases as well as a collection come off my report and still haven't gotten an alert!!! **bleep** am I paying this premium price for if it isn't working as advertised? MyFico, you see this post...give me a rebate/refund or I'm out!
Are you getting emails that say no change?
I havent received anything... since July 20th.
And my settings are set 1 point higher than the current score.

Yes...This is not a new experience with SW. I have had SW off and on for the last 3 years or so. When this product works...its the best on the market. But each time I sign up, I leave with frustration several months later. I thought since the price has doubled in that time, the product had been improved. But it doesnt seem to be the case. So...I will keep it my obligatory 3 months and then cancel again. Sigh....
What changed on EQ?
I have two cards with a +25% increase which have both reported in August already, and a collection which is no longer being reported (although it should be), and I received no alert as to the changes, but I got the normal "there are no SW alerts this week"

You wouldn't get an alert for the dropped baddie, though you should get a score alert within 7-10 days of any score change provided your change passed or exceeded your target score. SW will alert you to the CC balance increase if your settings was set for 25% or less (or dollar amt....I think the default is $5 or 5% on both which you passed). What day did the balance change on EQ?
