No SW alerts in 4 months

Now if FICO could get off their duff and start issueing scores to their _paying_ score-watch customers, we'd be all set (I haven't gotten an updated FICO score-watch in four months).  It's hard for me to believe nothings changed in all that time.

I'd suggest pulling a new EFX report to hopefully "jump start" your Score Watch alerts. A free report has been added to your subscription. Then if you don't get an alert in the next 30 days, contact myFICO Customer Care.

Hello gbreadman--

I moved your post into a new thread over here on this forum. I edited it to change the subject, but didn't change the message.

Re: No SW alerts in 4 months

I appreciate the effort.  Always concerned what's going on in there.

Thanks,

Re: No SW alerts in 4 months

I have had the same problem with scorewatch. My score has not changed for months. If you look at the graph it looks like a perfect straight line. I have changed my alert notice to my current sore. I have applied to Ford for a car loan. and decreased some of my card balances to $0 still with no change so like others I question why I am paying for score watch? any help would be appreciated. Rob

Have you called customer service? They can take a look at things from their end, and this will also document the problem.
