Hello,
I am not seeing ANY changes in my account since January 4th. No CC balance changes, no payment info, not score info, nothing. I belong to "myFICO" for three years and this is the longest time ever in the last three years without ANY change. I am inclined to say that something is very wrong with this site/service. MyFIO staff is giving me rather shifty answers. Any other customers noticed this behavior? Do you have any idea what is going on?
Yes I agree. I too have not had a score update since February 13th. I know a new account is reporting and my scores have had to moved. Something is off, and yes my target score is set to my last fico score.

Do you know when your new account posted with Equifax? My new account with psecu got a quick SW alert on march 3rd. The challenge I have is TU still did not post the change.

Around 02/20. Score watch is broke, I am hoping I don't have to waist my score power report to prove it. If nothing by this Friday I will use it.

My account is due for a renewal on 3/24. If I don't see any changes or updates, I am planning to just let it go. I can always purchase FICO score (once a year) for less than the non-working ScoreWatch...

I got an updated scorewatch alert yesterday.

Did you do anything? I decided to change my settings... Perhaps ANY change in my alert configuration will trigger a database reset/refresh....?

I am not a member of scorewatch but my husband has been for over a year. He receives regular updates. He received his latest score watch alert on March 8th.
