Ok...dumb question, but I'm stuck...

OK...I just purchased the FICO Credit Complete, entered my credit card number, got the confirm, etc.  Now what???  I can't find anything on the home page that now let's me see how/where I can actually see the 3 credit reports and the fico score.   duh?  what am I missing?

I'm having a hard time remembering how it shows up...

Do you see a link at the top left that says "My Purchases"? Click that, and see if that takes you to a screen with all three scores displayed.

If you don't see the My Purchases link, click Products, and you might have to log in again.

I'm sorry that I'm having a brain fade on this! Please post back if this doesn't help.

BTW, the Credit Complete scores and reports only display for 30 days. So be sure to print them out and/or save them to your computer. I use Firefox, and I save them as a Firefox Document. Even when the original falls off, I can still pull up the saved versions. The only thing that I can't do with the saved versions is play with the score simulators.

Be sure to click "printable version" or whatever it's called. I tried to look just now, and the server seems to be down. Hmmm, I've broken it again...

Yeah I have noticed that the website is having a hard time with alot of stuff. My sister has been having problems with it as well since I advised her to go ahead and get a product on here so that she can watch her credit. It seems like they are just having difficulties with their website today.

It appears it's been a character builder of a week or two at FICO. 

With the Scorewatch hold up and fix, I'm betting there are a whole lot of tired folks who could use a break.
