Paid for a pre-historic product

Today is signed up for the Transunion quarterly monitoring.  All of the inormation reported for my accounts is from DEC. 2011.  In January I got several cli's which would decrease my utlization.

The balances being reported are from NOv/Dec as well.  In January I made some major changes to cards and balances and none of this is reflected in the report.

So in essence, I have just paid for a prehistoric product.   ugh.Smiley Mad

Spoke to customer service and supervisor... it was the DEC report that was showing after all, but get this.   They updated the report from Dec with the correct information, but didn't refigure the score.  It still shows the same score which should be increased due to reduced utlization, cli's and fewer accounts reporting.

I stressed that it's not about the $5 bucks a month.  It's about the inaccurate information and rude, disstasteful customer service.

Not happy with myFico to day as I still don't have the most accurate numbers.

I will get them from the lender today.Smiley Wink

Re: Paid for a pre-historic product

Hi JusdoNit,

There seems to have been a communication problem between you and customer care.  The Dec. report you're referencing is the TU report you bought back in December.  There is a new TU report and some quarterly alerts waiting for you.  To view your new FQM info, click on My Account at the top of this page and you should see FICO Quarterly Monitoring on your Member Center page.  Click on it and then click on Step 1.

Good luck!

-Barry
