When calling the service center re: not receiving alerts, I was told that the CRAS probably have not sent you the info yet. OK. My question is. I thought this product was a MONITORING SERVICE?!?!
Wells Fargo "Monitors" my reports daily and updates me as soon as TU, EX, EQ add something. Same with multiple other services I belong too. So why is MyFico waiting on CRAS to report to them, when you claim you monitor our reports? I am just really confused. And how our scores accurate if you are not receiving updated info a timely manner?
Well Said !
I receive alerts everytime something hits my credit.
Agree and well said. I keep hoping they will work it out to be a good product. I have had 4 removals and 2 added accounts on all 3 CRA. Over a month ago and nothing. Sad that the free sites update better. Going to keep hoping.

It's an absolute joke. I had a couple baddies removed as well, CK updated the next day. Barclay Fico just updated yesterday with a 50 pt jump. Absolutely nothing with myFico....
Don't understand why it is working for some and not all. I see more complaints than kudos for this product. Just not delivering what we expected.
People are complaining that the free services work better than Score Watch. But why is it a problem? The way I see it, anything that saves me money is good news.
The problem is not that the free services work. The problem is that the paid service DOESN'T!
I still have Score Watch (because I signed up for an annual subscription, when shopping for real estate) and it still works fine for me. My main complaint about it is that it doesn't give me much of a clue of how the scores I get from it compare to the scores seen by lenders. But my scores are so high now that it doesn't matter much.
