I have been trying to change my ScoreWatch settings on two different computers today. When I click "save changes", it takes me back to the settings page, and nothing has changed. What gives? Anyone else having this problem?
There appears to be a bug that's affecting the ability of some SW users to set their alerts. We just became aware of this situation and are working on a resolution. I'll post an update on this Product Feedback board when I get more information. That's all I know for now.
Just called support on this before reading here. They said I should get an email within 24-48 hours. It had to be escalated to a supervisor. Good to know someone else caught it yesterday.
