The alert itself should tell the new score. It's up to the subscriber to then decide whether or not to buy the report to see what triggered the new score.

Well, it did NOT tell me my score changed, although when I paid for it, it actually had changed by two points.

That's not unusual. Even with my TrueCredit and Equifax Credit Watch Gold, I usually get alerts 2-3 days after the change hit the actual report. So by the time I look at the report, it might well have changed again from whatever triggered the alert in the first place. (Hope that makes sense! )
