Re: Reporting a Bug or Problem with myFICO Products

Looks like Scorewatch is broken. From the Support tab in the top menu, Subject 2:

_______________________________________

Temporary delay processing Score Watch alerts

  Question
Is there a problem with my alerts?

  Answer
A technical problem was encountered while processing Score Watch alerts. Our engineers and programmers are working diligently to correct the error.

All Score Watch alerts will be processed and delivered as soon as possible.

We apologize for the delay, and we thank you for your patience

I'm grimly waiting for my long-overdue EQ updates. I'll bet I've checked my cell phone for text messages a half-dozen times a day this week, lol.

You are relying on cell phone text messages?  Around here ... cell phone text messages seem to never arrive at their destination.  At least that's what my son tells me ... kind of a new twist on "the dog ate it?"  Smiley Very Happy

Seriously ... I realize there is a Score Watch alert problem, but I have also noticed that the more we rely on email and text messaging alerts from various sources, the more it seems that bottlenecks prevent their timely arrival.

When i try to do a score simulation on my Experian report it doesnt work. It automatically switches to TU or EQ to simulate.

Hi williasn,

Sorry for the confusion.  The Simulator only works with EQ and TU.  It does not work with Experian reports.

EX won't play nicely with myFICO. They don't have a sim, and if you'll notice, they also don't tell you what you're doing right on screen 2.
