I signed up for SW a month ago and hadn't seen any changes in my score. Pulled my TU/EQ scores this morning to check and I had a 23/20 pt increase in my scores since pulling them in Sept. How come SW didn't send an alert? Am I paying for nothing?? Love this site, btw, just puzzled by SW inactivity!

There is a lot of infomation about score watch on the other board.
Look under This 'n' That section for the myFICO Product Feedback board.
MyFico Adminsitrator Barry hangs out on that board to help subscribers to SW.
I sugest to read the sticky at the top of that board......Myfico SW Guide
If that doesn't answer your question, then post your question there, and see if barry can help you fix the problem. ![]()
Thank's for directing me to the right forum...sometimes I forget to check the stickies first! ![]()

Hi wealthygirl....The tricky thing about trying to figure out if you should have received a score change alert or not is that SW only monitors for score changes on a weekly basis. So it's hard to know if SW just hadn't gotten around to checking your score yet or if it didn't do the job correctly. Regardless, you should now set your target to the score you received yesterday so that it will trigger an alert the next time it changes. Good luck!
