I've had balance changes, inquiries and score changes and I have YET to receive an alert of any kind. Smiley Indifferent

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

I think there's a major problem going on over in SW land. It sags every now and again, but this seems to be a record.

And for what it's worth, my last alert was in February. Maybe my app spree stunned it into a coma. Smiley Tongue

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

Not sure if EQ SW is much diff that MyFICO SW, but I have only received one alert, where I reached my next target score.   Not sure if anything else has actually changed................

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

I've opened 3 new accts and have 3 new INQ on Eq within the last couple of months and have not received any SW alerts for a couple of months now. I see they took the payment off my credit card so that part of there system works eh. If they don't get there crap together I will cancel them asap. If I dont get an alert by the 15th I will cancel them and use fako until I'm ready to get a new card or loan then pull fico why pay for the service when its got problems !!!

Now, that's interesting! I'm pretty sure that it's basically the same product, although I've always wondered if the Scorewatch that comes from EQ would give you score alerts for a bucket change.

Sounds to me like mice got into the basic formula couple of months ago, and some crucial switch isn't being thrown.

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

Well if it don't tighten up I won't be going past the 30 day trial.  For 90 bux I can buy and check my own better than something that doesn't work.

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

I am having the same problems.  I'll give it to the end of April and I am cancelling.  It is a waste of money. I have to buy a new report just to see if I am having changes.

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

This is my post in another SW thread...

im getting rid of my score watch.

thing doesnt even work. I just got a new loan and found that I had alot of accounts that werent mine coming up on the report. So I decided to buy the total credit thing with all 3 scores and reports to find out where its coming from. Lo and behold I get the scores/reports and my score is 30 points higher. Yet I havent received an update on scorewatch in a month. Must say , thing is working like a charm.

To be honest , as little as 8 dollars is a month I find this completely unacceptable. I will be looking for at least a free month of this service or I am canceling it.

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

I am getting rid of sw and qm they don't work and I pay monthly fees for them. I know I should have alerts and the only way to see my new changes is for me to purchase a new report when I pay them to alert me when changes are made. I'm going to cancel them at the end of April if no changes.
