Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

oh I think we all should call and complain about this and get two free months of service. This happened with my netflix and those guys gave me two free months of service because of delivery issues now thats good service. I hope they don't forget whose money it is paying them for that service that I'm not getting I pay 13.90 a month for them to alert me heck by the time I get an alert someone could open dozens of accounts in my name and be in mexico by the time I get notified all at my expense!

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

Does anyone ask if they will just restore the alerts again so we know when our score changes? I paid for that service and got it last year. They don't alert me via email, or my text messaging on my cell phone like they used to. I think this stopped last year. If they changed their policy, they didn't notify me. I'm not too happy with this service. When I signed up, I was sold the full service. Now they are saying "snapshots?" That's bogus. How can they do that to us. Not good business, I don't believe..

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

I'm paying $13.90 for SW and QM and have not gottten one alert in two months. Thats more than the monthly service some pay for those credit card monthly fees to get nothing in return.

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

Sure, sure... but no alerts since November 2007? Something is wrong. My score has changed, I found out from other services. What am I paying for when I subscribe to SW, anyway? I think they owe me some free months.. I don't know whats going on down there. I've changed my notifications to absolute most sensitive settings.. a while ago at the urging of a staffer at SW. Still not one alert. Just a monthly email stating: For the past month, myFICO® Score Watch has been monitoring your FICO® score and credit report for important changes. No important changes were found that caused an alert. Score Watch will continue monitoring and send an alert if an important change is detected. This is bogus..

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

Hey wgp

It might be true but It should not be for a duration of 3,4 months right. They have to rectify the problem otherwise they shouldn't charge the customers.
charging 10-14$ a month is not a small thing in my opinion,am I right?

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

I'm looking into this situation and will get back to you all with more info on the resolution.  I believe that, when it's resolved, you'll receive all of the alerts you should have during that time -- albeit late.Smiley Mad

Also check the myFICO Support page FAQs for updates.

Thanks for the feedback and stay tuned....

Re: SW Alerts Problem ???

Thanks, Barry. A while ago, I thought I was the only one till I bought all the Scores from other agencies and found out that indeed, they changed. Of course I'm only looking at one of them with SW, but anything you can do to get the alerts restored would be appreciated! Bill
