So anythjing in my credit reports that have the dispute comment is not counted towards my fico score since they are exempt from scoring?
I have about 7 accounts that have this dispute. Some of which I disputed over 1 year ago but the comment is still there.

Portions of of an OC TL are excluded, including the utilization.
Sometimes the dispute comment doesn't clear. And sometimes the OC will mark it anyway after receiving a GW, for example. I have one like that....I last disputed in 2007 and the comment remains.
Yea that does suck. The best advice i can give you is subscribe to EQ's CMS that way you have full access to any changes to your report, you can use that info as a crutch
when speaking to myFICO as to why you have no SW alert when you really should have.
LS: I explained to teh myfico support person that when I bought a SW report on Friday, the report itself then reported the correct Cap one balance. Cap One made the correction 2 days prior to EQ and this should have triggered a good score boost since I was going from 52% util to 1%. But I'm not sure I was getting through that fact.
Granted my balance decreased and that SW doesnt notify you on balance decreases but I should have seen a good bump in my EQ. Prior to Cap One reporting this corectly, I used the SW simulator and it said if I paid $960 of my $1004 revolving balance i will be between 633 and 673. But it didnt happen. The only score boost i got was from HSBC reporting after 10 months a $0 balance.
I asked so where is my SW alert for my score??? She did give me a free SW but that still doesnt answer why I didnt get a score alert. I doubt that I didnt get any score increase paying down that biig of a utilization.
So then I asked her if SW could have some delays or glitch inthe system to which she said if ther SW report is showing the correct info, then if there was any alert, it would have triggered it also for the score. Not sure what to do aaprt from waiting and see if the system catches up.

@llecs wrote:If that comment remains, FICO will not score the balance or the CL which would explain why you haven't been alerted to any score changes, assuming all else is equal. You should get an alert once that comment changes and if your score changed, then you might get a score alert at that time or shortly thereafter.
Is there a way to make that comment go away since it has been resolved?
This thread in the mortgage forum has been valuable to me in getting dispute comments off, sometimes that very day. (Although with one, you have to Dispute to remove the dispute.. very circular)
