SW Problem

All my prior SW alerts, except for the one where I pulled my credit report and score, have changed and read as my most recent SW alert. The increases in my credit score show okay, but the content of the alerts are all the same. Anyone having this problem? 

Anyone from myFICO can tell me what the problem is and what to do about it. Who to contact?

Problem was resolved when I checked SW this morning. I don't know if it was fixed because of my original posting or was another type of system problem. Whatever the case, all's well that ends well. Thanks
