Hi,
It seems I am also having SW alert issues. I have 2 other credit monitoring services that have alerted me changes in EQ in both May and June. SW is saying there have been no credit updates or alerts since 4/6 which is terribly wrong. Can someone please advise? I pay more for Fico scores as they are the real deal but this service seems to be giving alot of folks trouble lately. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
Oh and thought I would check the TU monitoring I pay for on myfico as well. Same deal no updates or alerts since 4/5 while my other 2 monitoring services almost instantly updated me in May and June...thanks again.
I feel like I have probelms too with SW. I just had a dispute update and I know information changed plus I had an inquiry for a CC which should have showed up on most recent alert. But the last two times I know things have changed, I have had an email saying no alert. I have to honestly wonder if it works like it should.
I am going to go looking for another monitoring service to compare.
I'll save you the trouble, I have other monitoring services that have already provided updates a month ago. I'm buying a house and have had several inquiries come through from potential lenders, both other services have alerted me and SW and QM alert me saying no new alerts. I like the idea of dealing directly with myfico, but if it's not working why are we paying for it (and paying handsomely for that matter). I'm guessing there's a problem because there's been a lot of complaints lately, just hope they rectify the situation and reimburse for payment of services that are not functioning properly.
What other service do you use?
not sure if i can say on the forum...i'll pm you
How do you monitor TU on MyFico? I've looked for a product that includes both the EQ and TU, but only was able to sign up for EQ. I can only buy scores from TU, and not even at a discount.

Yes the quarterly monitoring service is used with your TU report. It has a similar score report like scorewatch for EQ but updates on a quarterly basis. They are 2 seperate products as at this time I don't know of a myfico product that includes both. Quarterly Monitoring also alerts you to any changes in your TU report (or should, they seem to be having a few issues right now, i'll let you know when my trouble ticket is completed).
Other than buying a one time report/score for TU on this site, I don't see any other monitoring product for TU.... what am I missing?

It doesn't work like SW. It won't give you score alerts (except on a quarterly basis when you get your new report) and it doesn't monitor your TU report like SW does (e.g. won't alert you to changed stati, increased balances, and I don't even think it alerts you to added accounts or inquiries (could be wrong)). It does monitor your demographic info like changes in name, address, SSN, phone, etc. It is basically a pre-paid program for TU FICO reports for every 3 months plus you get 20% off all future TU and EQ reports which makes it worth it if you pull your FICO frequently.
It would be great if one day FICO and TU work to develop a SW-like product for TU. I'd buy it.
Okay, finally figured that out, and signed up for it. Thanks!
