SW and FICO CS

I am not happy with the SW thing, I have been using it for almost 6 month now and have only received 4 alerts. I have been purchasing Suzie Orman kit and other products such as score power report. each time I see different scores and changes in my credit files and not a single alert received. I called FICO CS and asked for a refund, the lady said she escalated my call to a manager and they will call me back ASAP. and since monday, no one called me and I see no refunds posted to my CC. what should I do?? I have spent hundreds of dollars purchasing these kits

SW hasn't been working for a lot of people going on 3 months now. So all I can say really is you're not alone. I'm cancelling mine at the end of the month. I've gotten one alert in the past 2 months, and I know for a fact that my score has changed many times. Plus, I've gotten 2 new credit cards with two inquiries and didn't get a single alert.
