Score Simulator Data and Credit Report Data don't Jive

Hopefully someone can explain this to me. This simulator is baffling.

OK, First off, on my EQ report under the "At a Glance" tab, I have the following:

$9,096 past due on 2 accounts
Your revolving accounts [?] $2,792

But if I go to the Score similator, it shows the following:

You currently have a combined Revolving/Open Account balance of $213.
According to your Credit File you have a total balance of $0 on accounts that are currently delinquent.

I get that the $2,792 is incorrect because 2500 of that is on a collection account. so the $213 is correct, however the $0 delinquent balance doesn't even allow me to attempt that similation.

If I select the first option "Select Best Action" it says "Pay down 90% of your credit card balances" and says I should expect an 80 to 120 pt increase by doing so... wow!

But! if you go down to "pay off credit card balance (The most it will allow me to enter is $213), it says I can expect a score increase of 0-20 points.

What gives?

Starting Score: 556
Current Score: 672, 681, 692
Goal Score: 700, 700, 700
