I've had (and been pretty happy with) SW for about a year. Then I got a renewal email saying that I was being charged an increased rate (I had used a discount code when I ordered monthly). I sent an email to customer service saying that I wanted to renew on an annual basis and use a discount code (which I provided) instead of doing the monthly and that I thought I was due later for renewal. I got email back that my SW had been successfully cancelled. All of my reports, including the one I had purchased in addition to SW (EQ report) are no longer available, while the viewable-until date isn't until this Thursday. I'm still waiting on a response to my follow-up email about how I want to subscribe to the annual version with a discount code *but not use my first report immediately*. Would love to do this - sad that I have question marks instead of a score on my EQ side.
