I am waiting for a SW alert due to an inquiry that was done on December 2. I already have received other alerts from other cms about this inquiry so I know it took place.
I will be happy when I am done with this mortgage process and can stop paying the $14.95 a month for a service that only works part of the time. Actually I think the benefits have outweighed the negatives but for a product that only works part of the time, they could lower the price!
I received an alert (or alerts) over the weekend. For sure the inquiry was on EQ?
For sure? Although the inquiry was through Equifax Mortgage Services, so I am assuming it did all three.
I still haven't got an alert on the inquiry....mine was Equifax Mortgage solutions too...done on 11/28. I finally paid for a report on 12/01 to see if my score would match lender pull & it was on there (the inquiry). So, not sure if I didn't get the alert bcuz I paid for a report 1st & it was on there before it hit. Hopefully this makes sense?
I got my alerts on Saturday
Paid for another report today which showed a 15 point increase, so I changed my settings to the new score. Got an alert a couple of hours later which says I exceeded my target score but shows a score lower than what I pulled today and says my score has decreased...but in the reason at the bottom it says "your score may have INCREASED for the following reasons....". My score on the main page is till the same as the score I paid for & the top score on the Fico history tab is the one i paid for. 2nd time this week this has happened. I wish I could do a print screen & paste here but it won't show up.
There are definitely some issues that need to be worked out.
I got a surprising alert to an inquiry yesterday. Carecredit said they would soft pull me to give me a CLI and it ended up being " hard." ggrrr on them. Glad SW Worked
