The lates are still on Experian and the Collection is still on TU.
I disputed the Collection on TU so I'm just waiting for the investigation to end. I don't see a problem there. EX...not sure about them as I've heard they can give you a hard time. EX did delete the Collection pretty quick so I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
My hubby and I applied at NFCU Thursday for a Platinum & their cashRewards Visa. We should be hearing from them before the end of next week.
Nice CL's! Good for you!!!
Good luck with the Citi issue.
WoooHoooo!
Got an email today that TU has deleted the CA from my report. Decided to get my score in celebration. Went up 13 pts from 696 to 709. Not a huge hike like with EQ but I'll take what I can get, LOL!
Fingers crossed for the same with my last baddie with EX.
After that all my reports are clean.

Nice!
You know, this stuff makes me feel like when I was a kid. In grade school I was the fastest kid, but never ran more than a mile. One day, they had a big event at summer camp: distance 5 miles. So I entered. I was top dogg 1.3 miles into the even - then embarrassingly had to walk most of the rest of the way - and got passed by a lot of old people, including some who knew me. Three months later, I entered a 6.2 mile even: ran 1.2 miles further in 10 less minutes. Two years later, I won the same event in twenty minutes less than I had orginally run it in. A few years after that, I would shout when I knocked 10 seconds off my best time.
So: it seems like the higher your FICO score goes, the less those improvements help, LOL. Glad to see you increase your score, just be happy when it goes up, not necessarily how much, LOL.
I am so grateful for those points. Happy as 2 larks, LOL!
Thanks for sharing another story. I can't run for more than 10 or 15 minutes. I have never really been a runner, not even as a kid. But I can walk forever
Double WooooHoooo!
Got an email today that EX has removed those lates from my report. All my credit reports are officially clean!!!
No more baddies...YES!!!

I work 12s. Unknowingly got myself signed up for 6 in a row and 11 of 14. People think I'm crazy but if they could just see my FICO, the drop in what I owe, and the limit on my new cards. Clean is nice. Seems yours was as easy to accomplish as I've heard - minus the worry that it might not work, and the worry while you wait. So now that it's all clean, what next? I've made a list of what I want 10 years from now, and after one app run, I have all but a Pen Fed one. I think their rewards are top of the line. I also picked up a US Bank business visa. It's a corporate one that I also had to sign for. Just waiting to see how that shows up on my report.
It's so weird. I read some of the horror stories on hear and I think that I just automatically thought that I was going to have a ruff time. Everything went extremely well for me.
Hopefully others on their journey will see that sometimes everything just works out.
We're still waiting for the answer from NFCU on the two apps we did with them. The apps still says 'In Review'.
Other than continuing to payoff debt, I don't have any plans. Maybe a house next year or maybe we'll (me & DH) just wait til the year after next.
I'm really happy right now. I just want to enjoy this triumph, LOL!

You got a snowball going...don't stop, keep it rolling.
