I was just looking at all of my EQ Score Power reports I have purchased (on line) via myfico website.
The first report I bought for EQ was in April of 09 - all of my reports from 2009 expire on the same day - May 28 2010 - I can see all of my EQ reports I have purchased when I started credit clean up in April of 09....
How is the expiration of such reports set?
Also, many of my TU score power reports expired and are no longer avail.in my purchases section - How does the expiration date get set for TU reports?
Hi Big tim,
I think I started the reports with EQ.Rebuilding day started April, not May. I have all of my EQ Score Powers showing, but only one from TU and I probably had about 7 from TU. I don't know why TU expires so fast....
Hmmm, that's odd. I subscribed to TU on 7/16/09 and all my reports are still available, and it says they will be available until 7/28/2010... So I assume they are supposed to be available from 1yr+ from your subscription date. Barry hasn't been on in awhile, maybe he will clarify when he comes back or you can call CS.

I save mine on my HD anyway for later viewing. Did you start TU prior to EQ and maybe that's why some of the TU reports have vanished already?
Hi bigtim...can you tell me how you save them to your HD? I'd like to save the "Printable" version, and I'm not sure I'm going about it correctly.
Thanks...

I'm not on my home pc right now to tell you the exact process or program I use, but generally speaking, if the printable version doesn't have a file menu so I can save it as an html file, I have a "pdf printer", which acts as a virtual printer and creates a pdf file of the document being printed, I then save the pdf file. When I click print, and the printer dialog box appears, I simply select my "pdf printer" as the printer to send the file to, and a pdf doc is created...
You can download some very good free pdf printers online. I can give you specifics later when I get home.
Thanks bigtim...I'd appreciate it.
I'll play around and experiment. I hoped for a pdf version because I was afraid that once the online report disappeared from myFICO that my saved copy would disappear with it.
As you can tell, I'm not too technologically with it...but I'm making progress.

You're welcome. And as far as the 'average' user goes, I'm sure you're at least average or above. When you get your report direct from a CRA through annualcreditreport.com, they don't give you the option to save it either. It's like they want you to print out 35 pages and run out of ink or whatever, and hope you have to buy another report later...
Your question was certainly valid and I had to figure out how to save the printable versions as well, but I would probably be considered an advanced user since I do have a degree in Computer Information Systems and run a couple of websites amongst other things, so don't feel tehno-disadvantaged because you asked a normal question - I'm betting most average users wouldn't have knowledge of this. I'll get back to you later with specifics on a pdf printer if you haven't found one yet.
Lynette, here's one of the pdf printers I use: http://www.dopdf.com/
