Hi daylove....It looks like your Score Watch subscription was canceled due to a billing issue. You may need to update the information myFICO has on file for you, which can be resolved by contacting myFICO customer care. Once this information is updated, you should be able to reactivate your subscription.

I did not receive any alerts from Sept 18 to Oct 18 despite my score changed 17 points which I discover only after I pulled a new report. This is not right since I set the alert for any balance change of more than 5%, on one of my card the balance went from $480 to $13 which is well more than 5%.
I'm not going to down ScoreWatch or TU Quarterly Monitoring too much but I had major issues with them both. I liked the service for a lot of reasons but I too saw that the alerts weren't accurate or coming based on my setting...And so I decided to cancel my ScoreWatch after not ever receiving an alert for a new account. Then just today canceled the TUQM because I had to purchase a new score to see the alert from a major change in my score and a major negative reporting.
I personally did not see the value in the service. I'll just purchase my score every few months and leave it at that.
I don't fault them too much because nothing is perfect. I do feel like they are doing there best but there's only so much a computer program can do...no matter how good the developer/programmer is. I should know, I'm married to one, LOL!
Hi gettingittogether....Welcome to the community! Are you sure that your balance increase has been reported to Equifax and is appearing on your report? I looks like you talked to customer service today and they've given you a free report to pull so you can see exactly what's on your report. Also, if you haven't already, I'd suggest reading the Score Watch Guide stickeyed to the top of this board.

My credit score hasn't changed for 2.5 months.... in this time, my balance on one account increased by $2000, and my balance on another decreased by $7000. I get billed for this service far more frequently than I get alerts. And yes, my alerts are set up to notify me for changes *considerably* smaller than an increase in $2000. I was disappointed to see that my score wasn't budging, but now I feel like the issue isn't my score, it is this service.
Editing my message to say that after contacting customer service several times, I was helped. It turns out that Score Watch wasn't updating. Looking around the boards, it seems like that is a common complaint.
