It's your settings. SW will alert you if your balances increased by $x and by x%, with "x" being whatever value you put in your settings. By default, it'll alert you to both. I think the default values are $5 and 5%. So, if a balance change is greater than $5 and 5%, assuming that's the default value, then you'd see two alerts for the exact same TL. It can get confusing when you see it for the first time. If annoying, you can turn one value off and will only get a single alert going forward.
