I have had two new accounts report on my Equifax credit report "Chase" and "Walmart" and have not received any alert about this from Score Watch. Also, I purchased a report the other day for the discount price because I knew my score HAD to have changed...and it did (it droppe), but I did not receieve an Alert from MYFICO about this. Now this is the kicker....later that day I reecived an Alert from MYFICO saying there was NO change to my FICO Score that it was still the same...but that was not the accurate!
Wondering if there some sort of glitch with it MyFico Alerts? It seems that the alerts are far and few between and often not up to date, and we end of buying a report just to be informed which is not fair since we are paying for the Fico Score watch.
I'm in the same boat. I hate to waste $$ of power scores for myself and DW just to confirm my belief tho.
Mine is also not alerting me. It is getting frustrating as I see it updating on other "Free" monitoring tools. It is hard when you are waiting for a particular score...

Yes, it's very fustrating!! I just received an alert telling me about a new account....smh! That was not new. I knew about that yesterday when it first appeared on my report because I was alerted by Equifax, and ended up buying a new FICO score because I wanted to see how it affected my score. SMH!

Same here, then I get a SW 5 hours later after I posted, to tell me I had a change in score and account AFTER i get my own power score. I'm not ever sure I want to pay the $18 fee for my TU score watch update. To make things worse it still has not picked up a deleted collection
The only time I get an alert from SW is if I purchase a new report/FICO first....then later that day alllll of a sudden I get an alert! Very unhappy with the service because I feel that is odd that we get alerts only after making a purchase.
Arrgh!!! Same problem. On my wife's myFICO account, she actually got an e-mail stating that there were no alerts this week. I didn't believe it since we had a baddie removed (from both of our reports vis GW from Chase, Yay! Chase). The baddies showed being removed this Monday when I pulled TU CRs and EX CRs for both of us. And also, on my myFICO, i got an alert saying that my score jumped.
Naturally, I didn't believe the no alert e-mail for my wife's Equifax CR. I wasted her Power Score report and voila, baddie gone and her score moved. I had her alert setting to her score which should have given her an alert. I called customer support and he told me that the score must have changed during the 15 hour between the time she got the e-mail and when we pulled the Power Score. I asked him how he can be so sure and he accused me of calling him a liar. After assuring him that that is not what I was saying, he said it must be true since she got the no alert e-mail and the score showed change when we pulled the report. It's kind of, our product works, so it must be that the score change took place during the 15 hour window....
Why would all the CR's 5 of them (my 3 CRs and her TU and EX) all reported change 4 days ago, but her EQ CR change now? It doesn't make sense to me. I asked the support person (whom I allegedly called a liar) if he could credit her a power Score report, he said. No. I said, can I escalate? He said, of course, please hold while I get a manager. I was put on hold. Waited 20 minutes to the wonderful hold musak and had to hang up since I coudn't wait anymore.
Pretty horrendous.

Exact same problem.... I paid for TU score, found out it increase 35 points, and my EQ still has not updated for same baddie dropped, but increased for a $301 balance reported as $0
The TU Quarterly Monitoring only updates every 3 months. There are no score alerts with TU Quarterly Monitoring.
