Score Watch Reporting - Day and Time

Good morning,

What day and time does Score Watch usually send out email alerts?

I understand that it will send an alert even if there are no changes... correct?

Thanks in advance!

Good morning, watchingmycredit,

Welcome to the Forums!  There's no particular day or time that Score Watch alerts are sent, other than it should be daily.  If you don't get an alert for a week you'll get an "all clear" email.

Re: Score Watch Reporting - Day and Time

"There's no particular day or time that Score Watch alerts are sent, other than it should be daily."

I was kind of wondering about this too. I have a Navy card with 10k/50% balance that now showed up as 0 on creditkarma on 11/09/11 nothing here yet (statement date of 11/05/11). I used a report up and it was still listed on 11/08/11. Was going to run one on Monday again if nothing showed up in my email until FIA card services decided to change my card to a BofA card and report it as maxed out 100% (which I do every month but PIF usually a couple of days before the statement date).

My last card statement that that I have was the 25th and showed a change from 0% usage to about 90% usuage. Scorewatch never updated me that the score dropped from 766 to 748 so 10/22/11 of 766 to the report I ran on 11/08/11 of 748 certainly shows something is missing here in the daily updates.

It's been a week now with no alert emails and no "all clear" email either. I should have had a couple of changes reported which would make my FICO score go up. I guess I'm going to have to use my "1 Score Power report remaining" to find out if anything changed.

I double checked my "Target Score" and it's set correctly (to the score that was reported when I purchased Score Watch).

I also checked my junk email at the local and server levels and as far as I can tell nothing's being blocked.

Thanks.

Ok, to prove a point I just used my free report and only one of the two things I expected to report reported, my score did go up and when the second one finally updates it should go up even more.

Two things happened which should have triggered emails, my score went up 29 points and I moved up to the top tier for 48 month auto loans.

Any ideas why I'm not receiving emails?

I'm going to reset my score in Score Watch to the current score and see what happens.

Thanks.

Re: Score Watch Reporting - Day and Time

Now this is strange... all of a sudden I have an alert dated 11/12/11 that my score has gone up and the score has changed on the graph but still no email notification of the changes, I didn't see that earlier today (it wasn't there) or I never would have used my second Score Power report, there's something not right here.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks.

Re: Score Watch Reporting - Day and Time

I should have something definately by Monday PM. A 60% balance dropped to 0% and a 0% jumped to 100%. These are both showing up on the 9th on Credit Karma but nothing here yet.

Re: Score Watch Reporting - Day and Time

I got an email an hour ago stating that:

"For the past week, myFICO® Score Watch has been monitoring your FICO® score and credit report for important changes.

No important changes were found that caused an alert. Score Watch will continue monitoring and send an alert if an important change is detected an alert".

I thought my score increasing 29 points and moving up to top tier on auto interest rates (both settings that I made) were important and were going to trigger emails?

Re: Score Watch Reporting - Day and Time

Is there any way to get the report back that I wasted trying to prove the issues with Score Watch?

Thanks
