Dear Score Watch® subscriber:
The myFICO® team has been pleased to be able to offer the Score Watch credit and FICO® score monitoring system to thousands of myFICO customers over the past three and a half years. As one of our valued subscribers, we want you to be aware of some new developments currently underway within Score Watch.
As part of our continuing commitment to providing myFICO customers with the highest quality products and services possible, we have recently identified some new technologies that will improve the way Score Watch alerts are provided to you. We expect these changes to be implemented by the end of summer 2008.
The first step toward implementing these improvements will include the elimination of the Score Watch alert option indicating that you will be alerted whenever your FICO score changes." As of July 13, 2008, this alert setting will no longer be available.
We regret having to discontinue this feature; however, our research has found that the offering of this alert option has resulted in technical complications within the Score Watch monitoring system that make this decision unavoidable.
Over the next few months, we will be implementing additional system improvements to the Score Watch monitoring service. These upgrades are expected to increase both the accuracy and speed with which your Score Watch alerts are delivered.
We apologize for this inconvenience as we work to make sure that our Score Watch credit monitoring service continues to serve your needs into the future. For additional information about the latest Score Watch developments, please read our FAQ .
Thank you again for subscribing to Score Watch, as we look forward to providing an improved Score Watch credit and FICO score monitoring service to you over the next few months.
Best regards,
myFICO Customer Care
