Why doesn't myfico offer Score Watch for TransUnion? It would be nice to know if there any changes, just like they offer with Equifax.
Scorewatch is a cooperative effort between FICO and Equifax. You can buy it from Equifax or from myFICO. To have the equivalent version for TU, there would have to be, ummm, cooperation.
* ponders why we still have the out-of-date version of TU *
Anyway, I don't know. It would be a good product, that's for sure.
I hear you. I feel like Fico's business side is run by the same mathmaticians who design their scoring formulas. If they sold every version of their equifax and transunion scores, customers would buy all of them. They have so much potential to make money yet they seem to be satisfied with mediocrity. All those freecreditscore commercials you see -- imagine if fico had similar commercials but added "these are the ONLY scores most lenders look at." Common business sense. FICO is sitting on a gold mine, and doesn't seem motivated to generate real revenue.
To use an old saying, from your mouth to God's ear.
