Sunday would of been a week. I figured I'd wait until Monday, got busy until today. I check, and still no weekly update of the score.
This is just my second week of the product use and I must say, so far I am very dissapointed.
I thought that since myfico.com would be the only place you could view your fico scores, they wouldn't settle for anything less than perfection.
Please... update my account.
Thank you.
What changed in your EQ report to produce a score change?
A new account that was on 11/8
Still, no weekly update. Which was due on the 15th.
It is now the 19th.
I pay for weekly updates. Please, update my account.
Thank you.
I'm just an average Joe with the same subscription everyone else has and has worked as advertised. Now there are a few things I'd do different;y if I had to create a SW-type product, but what do I know. As a volunteer and fellow poster to these forums, I don't have access to your account, but I do recall seeing your other thread talking about receiving the alert on 11/8 for a new account. Was there a second new account, or are you referring to the same one as before?
I don't believe SW advertises for weekly updates. I think it says that it will monitor your score and alert you to score changes provided your current score is set at your current score and provided that an event occurs to trigger an alert. The SW Guide is pretty handy in pointing out what causes an alert and what doesn't produce an alert. Did anything happen to your EQ report after the new account that might trigger an alert and score change?
No, nothing else has been added onto my report thus far.
So, my account will not update weekly? Only when I have a change in my report and/or score changes?
That's right. Your score will be monitored weekly for score changes (daily for credit report changes). If it reaches or crosses your target you'll be alerted. If not, you won't.

Ohhh. I understand now. Thank you for clearing that up.
Not a problem, cajunboy. And not the easiest product to understand, I realize. As you can see, just clarifying what it's supposed to do keeps me busy here.
