I get an error message that states cannot process at this time, it is when I try to

purchase the CREDIT ALERTS program.. It has been over 2 months now and I

still cannot get it, they charge me the amount and then put it back in my account...

Also if you notice my credit score post in the beginning of this message it is updating as

my scores update, not good...

Lots of problems for TC of late. I used them for 3 months never had an issue at all. What you hear is true. Hint. They have outlived their usefulness for me. All my tradelines report within a week of each other so a peek once a month is all I need. The money I saved from canceling TC and all EQ products can now be used to purchase monthly FICO reports and scores if I want. Watch those split files from daily pulls.
