Score power update order

I ordered a score power and I was unable to get the update, because there is a problme wth EQ. But some how I charged twice for the score power update. Is this a known problem at the moment and would customer service be able to correct this?

I don't know if this is related, but others have posted problems with EQ too. This morning, I tried to pull my daily 3-in-1 via the 2 CMSs we use and received an error message. I did suspect then that it was EQ. This wouldn't be myFICO's fault, but rather EQ's.

Im just mad because I was charged 10.95 twice and didnt get anything at all lol.
