Can someone please let me know why i havent received any alerts yet for EQ...i have had a lot going on there was 3 Collection accounts deleted...lates removed and a new CC added and still no alerts...was this a good idea to purchase this if there will be no activity?? how long before you see an alerts for changes?? any help on this is appreciated Thanks!!!
Starting Scores: EQ 447 (01/02/2017), TU 476 (01/02/2017), EX 456 (01/02/2017)It's not working for me either. I've recently added a new account, it's already reporting to the 3 CRAs and no SW report. Of course, I can't get an EQ FICO through myFICO at all right now so I'm pretty sure it's related.
BTW.... I just got off the phone with EQ & they've confirmed that 1 collection was removed on 08/15 & the other on 08/21.... I haven't received an alert since 08/12!!! I also recently paid down some CC's so UTIL is down.... What's going on?

I feel tempted to pull my EQ report now that I noticed on my 3rd party credit report alert service showing that the Continental Finance card I'm an AU on shows the balance went up $32 (NO I wasn't late, hubby just uses it & pay it down several times a month)..... This definitely isn't cool!!! That card updates on my CR's @ the 19th of the month!!!!

I will definately be cancelling my subscription, this is so sad...Especially if i'm paying for something that i'm unable to view and keep track of.... that was the Purpose..i like the forum and all the people they always help you its just the score watch issue....thanks for the feedback everyone its appreciated

Customer service is horrible (Not all reps just some).
16 days & no SW alert..... Not cool!! Especially when you know for a FACT you should've gotten an alert.
