Score watch has incorrect info

Ok So I'm new to everything when it comes to credit, Im 24, and trying to fix my credit that i let close family members/ friends use and I myself destroyed while in college. I just started using score watch and I just had two baddies removed from my CR and also some updates on some paid charge offs that I had on June 16. On June 19th my Fico score went up 5 pts (small but I was happy). Then on the 20th my score dropped 53 points for incorrect info on the  baddies that were dropped saying that they are in reinvestigation when they were dropped from the actual Equifax report... WT!!!! So I called equifax to see what's going on and they confirm that they are gone and not in a reinvestigation mode like my fico is saying... So then they tell me I should call myfico... Then I get a lady in customer service which is telling me that there info is correct...(that myfico has)  when I have the updated info in my hands and she said it takes 30-45 days to see some change... But you have the correct info for my other credit fixes just not the removals someone help me I just don't understand ... oh yeah i know they that with scorewatch they don't alert for removals. I just want my score fixed 53 pts is huge!  Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I think it's just that no one has an answer for you.

Do you have the report from Equifax with the baddies removed? You can ask myFICO customer service if they have a fax number, and you can fax them the report. Maybe they can see something different on it.

I have no idea why myFICO doesn't see the same thing. I can't really tell from your post --did you actually pull a new myFICO report, or are you looking at an older one? There is always a delay in updates for Score Watch, so it's possible that the myFICO report you're looking at is not the most recent one, unless you paid for a newly-pulled report.

I got a new report through equifax from when i was denied credit. I had some thing reinvestigated because they were not mine. They came back after the 30 days and said they were removed. The information was removed supposedly on june the 16th. The other things i had on my credit were updated... and I saw that fico had seen this on the june 19th and my score went up! Then on the 20th the two that were said to be removed were placed as myfico seen as in reinvestigation, where i saw they were removed and verified by equifax when i called to see what was going on. So just a big mess i guess, think i will just have to wait this one out.

OP, are you relying on SW alerts to piece together what's on and what changed on your report? When was the last time you pulled an EQ FICO report?

Sorry it has taken me so long to answer but i have been trying to get ready for a move out of town or a couple of months. I last pulled a report on may 5th.

If you pulled your last EQ myFICO report on May 5, pull another.  Before you do...check your PM's (the little envelope in the upper rt corner of this page)
