After many calls and emails back and forth with myfico I was toldl by them to just cancel my subcription. This is a first! Because of their inaptitiude to simply tell me why my alerts have never worked. I will surely miss my score watch! Ill just stick to the forums now! Just a mess....

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with SW and the MyFico Reps, but I bet had you posted here about your SW problems before you canceled your SW subscription, Barry would have been able to assist you, he may have even been able to save you as a customer, he is very good when it comes to helping people with Fico's products.
Again, sorry to hear about your SW probs, I know you will miss it, I know I would.

It's been working ok for me, at first I thought it was flakey but it appears that there're some short delays sometimes but if you understand how it works, set it up properly and are patient, the alerts do come. I just got one yesterday for another score increase.
