Has anyone else been having major problems with ScoreWatch? I am not at all happy with the service I am paying for each month for my wife and I. The alerts are backwards (yes they are working on fixing it) but my main complaint is this:
Today I pad for a new report for my wife and I and it shows the following scores. Mine 571 Hers 576. These were paid for at 11am this morning. Just now we both get alerts that both our scores dropped and the alerts that it tagged the drops from were already on the reports I purchased this morning. So basically the reports I paid for have to be wrong, or scorewatch is wrong. I double checked and made sure and the changes that it alerted the drop from were accounts that had balances paid off, and like I said before both of these show paid off on the report I bought this morning. Any ideas? Im just frustrated to have spent the money buying a report this morning when its not scored correctly. Thanks
