ScoreWatch renewals

When the time comes to renew, why is it you are charged the normal price when you signed up paying a different amount because you used a coupon code?  Why would the price not carry over, especially when I know there are codes out there right now that can be used for someone who would just wish to sign up now (and according to the support team there are not, although I just tested one and it would have worked had I gone through with the purchase).  This makes me just want to use my 2 free reports and cancel my membership and re-sign if I choose to so I can go back to what I was paying.

The renewal price is the regular price at the time of renewal. You may cancel your subscription if you're not satisfied.
