Scorewatch Alerts

My score has changed five times since I signed up for Scorewatch and I've only been notified of changes twice by Scorewatch. Shouldn't I be receiving notices whenever my score fluctates?

Re: Scorewatch Alerts

While it looks like you're doing the right thing to trigger score change alerts as frequently as possible -- setting your latest score as your target score -- you still can't expect to be notified of EVERY score change. This is because SW only monitors weekly for score changes. So, if you had multiple score changes within a week you wouldn't receive alerts for all of them even if you reset your target to your latest (known) score each time you received an alert or pulled a EQ report.

Re: Scorewatch Alerts

Thanks, Barry. The score changes haven't occurred over a week.  They've been over months.  Most recently, I received an email that there was no score change seven days before I pulled my report and found out that the score had increased.  In the other two instances, I hadn't received any notices for a month when I pulled my report and discovered the changes.  Perhaps I just happened to pull the reports each time within seven days of new information reporting.
