Scorewatch and Quarterly Monitoring not working for me.

I signed up for both the Scorewatch and the TU Quarterly Monitoring on 8/1/9.  I did get an alert on each one (SW on the 6th and TU on the 1st (??), but nothing else yet.  TUQM lets you check a box that says you will get an email regardless of alerts. (See below.) 

 

 

E-mail me once a week

Whether there's an alert or not so I know everything is OK.

 

I have received nothing else from TUQM.  More than a week has gone by.   

 

And SW is supposed to be monitoring the score on a weekly basis.  Is this a weekly basis from when you signed up (1, 8, 15, etc.) or from the last alert (6 + 7 = 13, so I should get tomorrow?)  This is very frustrating.  Please let me know what to expect.  Thanks!

 

In the 600's, moving toward 700's and 10K in credit. My motto: At the end of my life I want to be able to say "I wish I hadn't," not "I wish I had."

Have you checked your spam filter for the weekly FICO Quarterly Monitoring email?
The weekly SW score alert monitoring goes from the last alert of any kind you got.  If you have not reached or exceeded your target alert setting, you will not be alerted.  If you want to be alerted to your next EQ score change, set your target score to your current score.  We've added a free report so you can immediately update your target score with your most current score.

Thank you so much for your response.  I have repeatedly checked the spam filter.  I have also read and reread the SW Guide and also changed my alerts to the current score.  I just don't seem to have any luck with this.  Thanks for the free report.  Hopefully, things will kick in soon.
