So here's a new one. As if paying for a horrible service that didn't do what it was supposed to the first month I had it -- only later to get an email telling us that we had to manually set the scorewatch to our target score for alerts to work - now ALL of my reports are GONE.I called to find out where they all went and I was told there was a billing error. They can not tell me what the error is, and claim they tried to bill me "one, two, three, four, five times" as the girl so politely stated on the phone. I carry a 2-3% util on all my credit cards and have plenty of money in my bank accounts, so I'm not sure what billing error they are talking about - she couldn't tell me what it was either. So, they shut down my account. No email, no phone call, no cancellation message and lord knows I'm logged into this place EVERY day. No notice at all.All my reports are gone too. Okay, I can see that if they cancel the scorewatch service, all the included/'free' power reports would go too, but because the service NEVER WORKED correctly I had to PAY for SEVERAL extra reports individually and they took down everyone of those too. So, all those reports and there were MANY are gone and they will not put them back up or replace the money I spent paying for them seperately. So, basically every equifax report I paid for is gone, simply because they canceled my scorewatch account due to a billing error they can not explain. They also took with it all the reports that I paid for individually! That's B.S!WHAT A RIP-OFF. I'm filing complaints.

Maybe it's just good customer service, AnalyticalMind84?

I just called to cancel my Score Watch account and they didn't even ask why, they just cancelled. I guess they already know it sucks
You should be happy they didn't. Some companies will play 20 questions and then try to trick you into keeping there service. Any company that does what you say on command with no questions asked is Ok by me.

I agree that 2 free reports don't make up for the 5 you no longer have access to -- not to mention the time and trouble you've invested in this situation. We've now added 6 additional reports and scores to your Suze Orman FICO Kit, which will be good until 4/09 when your kit expires. These reports/scores can be from any of the three bureaus. I hope this is a little more like what you were hoping for. If not, or if you're not going to use them before 4/09, let me know and I'll do what I can. Sorry for the difficulty!

Hardly makes up for all the lost history that I can't get back and the fact that the women counted on the screen how many reports that I paid for it and was atleast 5 that were deleted...2 free reports in exchange for the 5 that i paid for and all the history I lost is not exactly fair, but I give up.
