So i just called to try an get the 9.95 an they tried but said myFICO account was getting confused with my Forum Fico account. It charged my card 2 times for 14.95... They said those charges will not go through that they are just pre-authorization charges. Is this true?? Now i have no product and am out $30.00's

It's possible you had 2 scorewatch purchases in your cart.  I almost paid for 3 when I was first looking at the options available.  Some banks/cc''s do pre-authorize which would make the funds unavailable to you even if they aren't being deducted.  However you can always dispute a cc charge.  You shouldn't have to pay twice for the same service.
