TWELVE DAYS - Nothing

No alerts, no "no news" emails.  That's a pretty long time.  If anyone around here can check into this?

My last alert was 11/10/11.

Thanks in advance.

Re: TWELVE DAYS - Nothing

Yea I'm waiting for alerts for collection drop off and balance decrese score increase.

I almost feel like this is done purposely every now and then so people can get impatient and buy reports instead of waiting.

Re: TWELVE DAYS - Nothing

I understand how hard the waiting game can be, trust me. Been there. But it takes time. Let's give SW the benefit of the doubt here.  Although there have been some delays, the positives about SW far outweigh the negative ones.  Happy Thanksgiving!

Re: TWELVE DAYS - Nothing

My last alert was 11/19. Alerted to a score drop of 13. Smiley Sad

ETA...DW's last was 11/16. Alerted due to a balance increase with no score change.

I don't think anything updated on EQ since those two dates, though I have a couple of new statements that are cutting now with no alerts expected since they were balance decreases. Not expecting any score changes yet.

Re: TWELVE DAYS - Nothing

Mine was 11/11 and I know there have been accounts added, negatives deleted, including collections.  I emailed, but got a canned response to call, only I work 3rd shift, so calling during their business hours on PST is not going to work for me.  I emailed again, but got no response at all.  Not a happy camper.

Re: TWELVE DAYS - Nothing

Score Watch® alert November 25, 2011

Alert:

Your FICO® score has dropped below your target score of 627

Score Watch alert/Changes to your FICO® Score

Your FICO® score is 627 and has not changed since November 10, 2011.

This is the 2nd time this month I've gotten an alert saying my score dropped, but then when I go to the alert, I see this msg.  WEIRD!

Re: TWELVE DAYS - Nothing

I'm curious. How often do people think it should update?

I'm kind of torn on ScoreWatch. It's obvious some of us live or die by score but expecting it to work in real time seems unreasonable, on some level.

Can't tell if the product is under-performing or if expectations are too high.

A part of me was hoping for a Black Friday sale on EQ scores. I'm not curious enough to spend $20 or subscribe to anything.

Re: TWELVE DAYS - Nothing

Hi, Drkaje.  I expect an update anytime something changes or there is an inquiry.  I expect an update if there are no changes every 10 days (at most).  This is what the product says we get when we buy it, so I expect that.

It should update whenever:

a.) score increase / decrease from your target score

b.) new account added

c.) balance increase

d.) new Inquiries

It will not alert for balance decreases if it did not affect your score. Not sure if it alerts for new collections/public records but from my own experiences it don't. One deleted and recieved no alert.
