Transunion Quarterly Monitor

Ok so i went ahead and paid for a full year of this service on 5/17/2009. So 3 months and 12 days later no update to score or report. I've looked at other post about this and it said usually 2-3 days at most. Well its been a few days longer. Any explanation for this? Any idea of when it will actually update? Anything I'm not doing to make sure it updates?

Your score does not update.  You have to buy that every time you want it.

 

As for the CR itself, are you asking for an new report and it is just not updated?

This is from the product page. so it does update the score per that statement.

Sorry, I misread your post and thought you said TU.  I have never used FICO except to get my scores.

I did. I have the equifax monthly monitor and the tu quarterly monitor. both update reports and scores. the second hasnt done that and its almost 2 weeks past due date for that to happen.

OP, have you called myFICO customer service? What did they say? (Note that they are closed on Sundays.)

Hello dbear9327....Apparently, you've instructed TU to freeze your credit file. As a result, myFICO isn't able to pull your reports and scores from TU. To get your reports and scores via FICO Quarterly Monitoring you're going to need to remove the freeze at TU. If you don't want to remove the freeze, please contact myFICO Customer Service for a prorated refund. Sorry for the difficulty!
