Trying to buy TU report, but all CCs I've used have been denied.

I first tried to use my debit card, but it was declined.  I wasn't too surprised since I'm suppoed to switch to my new debit card.  Now I've tried 4 other cards and they've all been denied.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I guess there were technically issues.  I was able to buy my report.

Re: Trying to buy TU report, but all CCs I've used have been denied. IT'S FIXED!

I keep getting messages saying I need to call in to confirm my identity. This is getting old real fast. I already called once, the guy said it was unlocked but then when I try I get the same message?? I haven't reported my cards stolen, I haven't defaulted on anything with myfico, I am paying for this service yearly and every time I order a new report THIS is what I can expect?? Why is everyone else apparently allowed to pay myfico to use their services but I am not? Why would someone fraudulently use my name to pay myfico money? I can see every aspect of my account I just can't pay for my scores so who are they protecting?

Could there be a fraud alert on your reports?

Are you able to pull the CR directly from the CRA?

There very well could be but I'll never know since I am still unable to purchase my reports AFTER calling in to them already (and they supposedly clearing my locked account). But as of the last time I pulled on the 3rd, there wasn't any fraud reports (on TU anyway). I know I haven't reported anything strange. I got an email saying something about I need to call in to them with my latest credit card statement in hand to verify my identity so they can unlock my account. They have yet to tell me why: A- it was locked in the first place, and B- what exactly is locked. I can log in, look at forums, etc. Seems to me the only thing that is locked is my ability to PAY THEM for services to be rendered. If I were a criminal, and I stole BBQGlazedSeabass's wallet, why in the world would go on myfico.com and BUY SOME SH*T. This is of course assuming I somehow (albeit possible I admit) read BBQ's mind and got his log in info and everything as well. They didn't seem interested in verifying my identity when they took their yearly $80.00 last month, why now? I feel like I am being treated like a credit-risk to them or a thief and I don't appreciate it.This is suspect to me and I would just as soon take my money and get my credit reports and scores the old fashioned way.

IMO, it isn't myFICO that's doing this, but the CRAs are the culprits. Try ordering your report directly from the CRAs. You can pay $10 or so or get each for free once a year via annualcreditreport.com. If you are prevented from getting your TU report, then you can narrow the problem to the CRA itself.

I agree that is sounds like TU is the cuprit.  I had to fax them my drivers license the other day.  They seem to be the worst of the CRA's.
