Trying to get 3B Ultimate

In late September/early October I attempted to get the 3B for me and hubby. In doing so I accidentally got our ssn's mixed up (was on the wrong account). Called and got the numbers removed. Or so I thought. Last week I attempted again, got a message to call. The numbers were still wrong, was told they would be removed. Well, there is no number attached to my account now, but my number is still attached to hubby's account. Hubby is going to have to call again, and he detests talking on the phone. Is it possible to just delete the entire account and not just the ssn? At this point I'm not sure if he's going to want to deal with MyFico.

I would just cancel and start over being careful to put correct numbers in the next time.
When I switched from old product(Identity Ultimate) to new 3B I had to cancel first ..,, it was super easy to cancel out on phone, told to wait ~20mins for system to clear it out then,make purchase of the new product...
Since it was so easy to cancel seems like best bet....
