It's very difficult to tell at a glace how many of the listed reports are open; yeah there's some sort order in the listing of accounts (retail, national bankcard, mortgage, auto I think IIRC, and then for all of those open and then closed as a secondary sort) but this is really awkward if you have a bunch of accounts and some open / closed from the same lender.
I would suggest either a summary line underneat the total accounts of open accounts, or maybe change the list to note Open vs. Closed accounts.
Every other CMS appears to do it better currently (Credit Karma, Experian, Creditwise), shouldn't be quite this awkward from a UI perspective.
