Unable to upgrade?

I receive the error "While processing your FICO® Ultimate 3B order, we encountered a technical issue while trying to pull your data from Equifax. Because of this, we cannot upgrade you to FICO® Ultimate 3B at this time. You will remain actively enrolled in FICO® 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring."

 

Any ideas? Is this a glitch I should just wait out or do I need to call customer care?
