I need some help in what I need to do to view the 3 credit reports I ordered and paid for. When I log in I cannot find where I go to view the reports. I ordered the reports on November 30, 2014 and according to the below myFICO rule, I should be able to see the reports.
FICO Standard® - Credit reports and FICO scores from Equifax, TransUnion and Experian are viewable for 30 days

I do not see my request. All that is on the dashboard are buttons wanting me to purchase new reports. I just tried it again.
I have not seen the report at all. I had not been available to view it until today. I double checked on my credit card statement, and the charge is there. I will call in the morning.
I am having the same problem, no one seems to be able to answer an email at myfico either. Very frustrated and I will be calling my bank in the morning.
TL1, I never did see the credit report I purchased and never could get anyone at myFICO to respond. Hope you have better luck.
Glad to see I'm not the only one, though I'm a bit disturbed to see how long this problem has been going on. I purchased a full set of reports on 5/7 of this year, and now they've completely vanished. I'm wondering if it's caused by your session timing out when the report is open in a window. Then again, the set that I bought last summer are gone, too, but at least I saved those for offline viewing.
I've contacted customer support about it, but haven't heard back. But it looks like that's stage 2 of the problem. Maybe a call to the BBB is in order.
Mine did this a couple of times but I too have saved them to my pc to view. I lived and learned.
As it turns out, that $60 we paid is actually just a RENTAL fee. That information we paid for vanishes after 30 days, at which point we're out $60 if we didn't save it. Lovely behavior, huh?

It's not a rental fee, you can spread your unhappiness all you want, but do so accurately. Just print it via PDF or save it to PDF, whatever you want to do, but to say it's a rental is just not true. Do your due diligence, like it's required everywhere, and just save your reports. It's simple.
As always, with any customer complaints with regard to service, the 1-800 number is the best venue for getting your issues completely fixed monetarily.
